ORDERS
Ordering Fusion Decking products is very convenient and easy. After submitting your request at our website, you will be contacted during 1 business day via phone or email. After getting all necessary information regarding your order, pricing, availability and shipping details will be provided. You will then be sent an invoice confirming your order. Fusion Decking accepts wire transfers and company checks. Once payment has cleared, order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days and tracking information will be provided.
REFUNDS / RETURNS
Fusion Decking is not responsible for any damages that might occur during transportation of deck boards. We work with reputable transport companies and any damages or missing items during transport should be directed to shipment carrier. Once payment cleares and order ships out, refunds cannot be approved. Refunds are only considered for orders that have not been loaded to a shipping carrier.
DELIVERY
Fusion Decking partners with local carriers to serve our customers. Shipping charges might vary depending on weight, delivery location and quantity. We highly recommend our customers to find their own transportation companies to ensure on-time delivery. We do offer local pickups from our facility as well.
WHOLESALE
Minimum of 5000 square feet of decking boards order is required to qualify for our wholesale pricing. Once you fill out the request form, we will reach out to you within 1 business day to finalize the details of your request and go over wholesale pricing we can offer. Wholesale orders are considered on a a case-by-case basis, depending on product availability.
RESALE
Fusion Decking prohibits any individual or party to resell its products under false, misleading names.
